SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1.  Items are shipped as soon as possible but due to location/time zone, destination distance from Pakistan, a few extra time may be required to ship the packages. Retail orders will be done immediately within 1 or 2 days. 
  2. As a global online seller, we ship dozens of orders daily all over the world. After receiving your order, we need to do quality-control in order to ensure the product's quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. The average processing time is 1 business day; however, it varies from the item's stock status or customized ordering. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 4-5 business days to process. 
  3. We offer optional Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.
  4. We ship your package by different postal services such as DHL, FedEx, Globex, Skynet, Thai Post, or GPO Pakistan post (Registered mail).
  5. There are two shipping methods in our store. One is urgent and one is Normal. Urgent shipping is sent through DHL, Feddex or other fast delivery options present in time. Urgent shipping may reach you within 4-7 days depending on address or destination.
  6. Normal shipping is sent to GPO (Pakistan Post or registered mail service). Normal shipping reaches you within 10-15 days.
  7. The time duration of or reaching out to the destination depends on your location. In the case of the remote area or strict custom rules in any country may become a cause in the delay of the parcel.
  8. In the case of a rural area or remote area, please give the complete nearby address so the shipping agent can reach to your destination easily. In the case of a rural or remote area, shipment can cause a delay in reaching your destination.
  9. Please be advised that the shipping time can be affected by factors such as time of the year, severe weather and other disruptions. These are outside our control. The standard shipping times are as follows:-
  • For the USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 4-7business days.
  • For the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 3-7 business days.
  • For customers in South America, it may take 4-7 business days.
  • For other countries, it may take 5-10 business days.
  • Fast shipping will always take 4-7 days average all around the world. Normal shipping through registered mail anywhere in the world will take 10-15 days.

    Shipping charges to Russia, Australia, and South Africa is different from normal shipping charges due to the high price for such destinations being charged by delivery companies such as UPS, DHL, Fedex. 

    What is the item processing time?

    After receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. Due to customs clearance times getting progressively longer, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that times have been affected. Delivery times can be affected due to the impact on the manufacturing process, supplying, and courier companies. 

    RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects:

    1. stains,
    2. zipper malfunction,
    3. ripped or torn,
    4. poor quality materials,
    5. obvious color difference, 
    6. The major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

    If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately at info@folkmarket.com. Please note that the item must be in an unused condition and contain all the tags and packaging (if any). If there is a fault in the product shipped to you that is a manufacturing defect, your product will be replaced. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. Stones should be the same as it is before returning, we have an identification system of stones.

    ORDERING

    At Folkmarket.com, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch our orders within 48 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

    Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. This is why; we give you a chance to cancel your order at any earlier time. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request to Folkmarket.com Customer Service via email at info@folkmarket.com or call us on (+92) (320) 411-2658 and we will take care of everything! However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible.

    PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

    We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods:-

     Paypal / 2Co

    We are offering you the safest way of payment processing through Paypal. 

    1. The buyer selects PayPal as the payment method during Checkout or placing an order at www.folkmarket.com. The buyer is then directed to PayPal to complete the payment process.
    2. After submitting payment through PayPal, the buyer is directed back to a confirmation page on our online store. Folk Market and PayPal will send the buyer and seller an email receipt.
    3. The seller will see money deposited into their PayPal account. The payment may need to be "confirmed" on the seller's end.

    We are using the 2Checkout system for the payment process in our store. In 2Checkout you can pay via either using your Paypal account or Put Credit Card. Paypal is applicable only up to $1500 USD

    Credit Card. 

    1. Customer/ wholesaler/ retailer can pay securely by credit card (including Visa and MasterCard) through 2Checkout. Your payment is safest in the credit card payment method.
    2. The Buyer can also use a credit card through Paypal.

    TRACKING PACKAGES / SHIPMENT

    After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for your order (this will be based on your email preferences). Depending on the chosen courier, there may sometimes be a delay of one working day between dispatching your order from our warehouses and obtaining the shipping tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not sent out your order yet.

    Please be patient. Most orders take 3-4 days to complete the verification, packing, and dispatch process. If you require additional information on the location of your order, please contact us at info@folkmarket.com quoting your order number(s) and we will assist you.
